  34. Simply copy IMPCON.exe to a directory of your choice, and double click
  35. to start the program. If using Windows 3.1 create a program manager icon.
  36. You will need VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows directory to use this program.
  37. If you do not have it, it is freely available on Compuserve    and most BBSs.
